A 6 month programme for those who require more frequent support.

• 1 x Initial Personal consultation: 90 mins (face-to-face or video call)

• 3 x Follow up consultations – either face to face via video call – 45 mins

• 3 x 20-30 min progress calls

• In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, diet

• Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan

• Access to your own portal/app to view your plans/documents, track goals and speak to Deborah via the online chat throughout the programme

• Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation if applicable

• Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation*

• Relevant handouts

• Meal suggestions and recipes (if required)
