Hello — I'm Deborah, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and I help busy women to regain the energy and motivation they need face the challenges of life, and find some calm amongst it all!
My aim is to empower my clients, by providing truly personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice so that they can find their own long term solutions to great health.
As a wife and mother of 2, I can understand the challenges women face when juggling work and family life, and also how this can impact the time we spend on ourselves and our own health (usually little!)
I have always had an interest in nutrition and been fascinated with its affects on the body, so after having my first child, I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London for 3 years, and qualified as a Nutritional Therapist.
I have discovered, through my training, through personal experience and also that of my clients, the wonderful power that food has not just on our bodies, but also our minds. Optimising aspects of our health such as hormones, gut health, and lifestyle factors can greatly impact how we feel mentally as well as physically.
I continue to undertake regular training to further my skills and keep up-to-date with the latest scientific research in the field of nutrition. I am a member of The British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
